Well, it seems they are leaking some info and teasers now for the trailer which is showing in the coming week or two.

The 2nd Cinematic is indeed teh awsome, but before rumors of a "five minute version" fly out of control, the longer cut lasts 4 minutes 30 seconds, including end titles. The European version is only slightly shorter because they had to remove the more intense violence to conform to the European version of our Teen rating.

So yes, you will see some new stuff when the North American version drops, but it's not dramatically longer.

It is, however, still very cool.
