New WAR Trailer

I think this is a horrible representation of Order... I mean, When I run out there, I only see white lions, bright mages, and ironbreakers.
I think Azuri was in there... Would have been the corpse next to one of the Order people...

That trailer is off a bit, right near the end. The part about "Defending" a keep. The way the system is set up now, there is no point in defending a keep. You get rewarded for taking it, so you see more keep switching than defending.
I was actually reading a thread about this, some high level guild was bitching at some guy that was defending a keep alone using the oil. The guild bitched since the guy was slowing down their item farming by not letting Order take the keep. I would have to agree with this. There is no reward for holding keeps, only taking them.
In fact, from what i read, even if you happen to lock down all your zones so you can attempt a Fort siege, the server crashes as soon as you start the siege. So even more so that holding keeps does nothing for you, that and the zone lock down mechanism is messed up also, and WAY too difficult to actually lock a zone. I doubt you will see any Fort or City go down for a long time, until they actually reward you for defending, and fix the lock down and fort taking

they REALLY REALLY need to offer incentives to defend. It's the same in scenarios as well. Defending the flag in a scenario is pointless, and promotes zerging around and recapturing over holding. It's because they emphasize killing, over objectives. It's an issue they will seriuosly need to address in order for things to progress to total awesomeness over currently being really really cool, but not quite awesome yet.
