I've not heard anyone mention this. What is the status of respecs? Possible? Costs? Limit?

I respeced my Witch Elf once. It cost nothing.

But, on the same note, I was able to port back home with my port-book unlimited times, and now there is a 60 min timer.

So I am sure it will cost something on live.
