Well, at least I am all patched up and ready to go, and have seen the server select screen (shit!) I mean, I am assuming they have a server select screen, as most MMORPGs do. Oh well, gives me time to...*click* Damn...still down *click* damn! still down. ...finish a few other things I was working on.

How long was the patching after the login part? Really curious how much longer I would have to wait to get updated once the servers come back up (well at least current, as supposedly they are applying another patch this week as well)...

Assuming they even move to open beta and lift the NDA, or if they wait for the preview weekend and just make that like Labor Day weekend and then down the servers Tuesday to build for launch... Bastards!

I had to patch twice...which was odd.

the first one was like 240mb. Then about an hour later i had another patch for 515mb. So they may have been putting up a new patch inbetween.

I just turned my patcher on and walked away this morning... so no idea! Sorry!

Yeah word is they accidentally patched today and planned to bring up the CB (original) servers today but that may change to tomorrow. CE closed beta may start tomorrow or might be a few days, but will be secluded and completely separate servers for y'all. Either way, information is coming slow but I would KILL to be able to patch my system early before my play time actually starts and I miss half of it getting 1 GB over a 768 kB connection.

Oh well, hopefully the patch notes included something cool.

I'd be happy for some new information. Anything. Stupid NDA not being gone is just plain making me want to punch someone in the throat.

I have heard...through various sources.

That the Goblins have a skill called Wazzat Behind You!, and RUN AWAY!

There is a very very long list of patch notes, but they do you know good as we don't know what the skills or items do in the first place. So when i read that the Goblin skill RUN AWAY! was increased. That does nothing for me.

Aye, does very little but they have been hinting at a major addition to this weeks patch. If it wasn't in there (and my guess is it would have been really noticeable) then that likely means NDA will not lift this week as that was something Mark Jacobs has been hinging on.

I will check the patch notes. I didn't notice anything HUGE. of course i don't really know what i'm lookin for either. Mostly there was a producers letter mentioning the stage of the beta and a few changes to the next beta stage. Nothing unexpected from what i read.

I ask because someone from Mythic let slip that was something they were trying to roll out for this beta test... Might be the big announcement they wanted in before lifting the NDA...
