Re: Low end computer performance guide
Also, just a note here, running in windowed mode appears to help choppiness issues. There are reports of issues with the games optimizations as well and that they are still trying to make some tweaks.
Not sure how folks machines are running, but I know Lacventa had issues after the patch went through last night. These issues, while frustrating, might just have to be a "wait until they fix it" type thing. If anyone has any information on lag/choppiness issues please post them for those having issues so we might be able to help increase our FPS.

Not that it helps any, but:
Quad Core 2.77ghz,
4gb DDR3 1800mhz Ram,
Vista 64bit,
1TB hard drive (2 x 500gb),
512mb GDDR3 PCI-E 2.0 x16 (don't have the model off hand,its a newer ATI)
Sorry...brand new PC
Running max everything. No issues.

Re: Low end computer performance guide
There is an addon for this, although it is not built in from anything I can see. I could always be wrong there, but the addon does seem to work (I been running it since Sunday). It does start in a really bad location by default though, it is under the quest list so if you do get this go into layout editor if you want it to be easily seen or shrink your quest log when you need to see it.

hmmm, I would think windows mode would eat more resources than running fullscreen. I tested it though, and it seems to draw less, which to me is weird. But for all those with memory issues, try windowed and save yourself some memory, it wasn't a whole lot, but it was less.

Another tweaks thread that apparently helps up FPS for everyone. Who knows, but worth a try as it's not outrageous.
