Special Renown Vendors

Has anyone come across the vendors that carry the special renown gear? Here's a link to a set that is supposedly sold in IC but I've never found anyone selling it, Anybody seen these guys in T4 somewhere?

I looked for these vendors myself in IC and they are not where they should be. I almost wonder if they are only available once sieged, IE we would actually get ours from Altdorf... Not sure though, the information around is pretty scarce and seems at least partially wrong.

I haven't seen them myself outside of towns, but then again I haven't been around much of the T3 or T4 areas yet.

I think I may have discovered where these are, will test it out tonight.

Well they were supposed to be in the big castle that is north of the flightmaster but all I found in there were the heads of each faction with special quests. So I'm still searching. Starting to think they took these ones out...
