Current full patch notes... Still reading myself but some classes getting respecs I wouldn't have thought likely to get that many sweeping changes.

To promote population balance among the various scenarios, we have added a feature that reduces the number of times a scenario can launch in a short period of time. This will give scenarios which are launched less frequently an opportunity to catch up in the queue population and launch more often.

Actually, the Scenario thing is good, at least on our server, where nothing pops but Tor Anroc because that is the first one that fills up.

WOW, bright wizards got buffed (unless what they say is NOT going to give the more damage). That is worrisome...

This is HOT!!!! You know how many times i forget to put that up
All Kisses now persist through the Witch Elf's death. This means that the Witch Elf will not have to recast a Kiss after respawning or being resurrected.

Yeah, it is great buffs persist now... I hope also through zoning like into scenarios but I can at least live with it staying up the 15 minutes if not...

I see your point on the scenarios, but I think it will still be rough. What if you have 40 people per side waiting, only 1 mourkain now available? Did they make it so it keeps track based off instance slot, like slot one can only pop after a 5 minute delay but if enough people get in while it is active can slot two mourkain start or do these people need to wait or take another scenario? Again these are just downsides I hope they thought about, cause I don't want to be FORCED to either wait an extra 20 minutes or play something else which I enjoy less... Although T3 at least is 3 or 4 of them I would be happy to run and can agree I won't run Tor(my-Ass) scenario period. We'll see, let's hope it at least has some of the benefits without the harm of slowing down games to 1 per type or some such.

I think this is the best one of them all, and may actually log in my WE again Laughing

• Root effects, with the exception of morale roots, will now grant a 5 second immunity from all roots to the victim when the effect breaks, and in addition will no longer stack with other roots.

• Root effects will now properly have a chance to break whenever a player takes ANY damage. This includes individual tics of Damage over Time spells.

Flame Breath live:
54(15) * 9 = 486(135) = 521

Flame Breath test:
65(16) * 9 = 585(144) = 729


HEALS
Lambent Aura
Test / Live
187-226 / 285 per tick

Healing Energy
Test / Live
262 first 198 / 366 first 233 per tick


I am hearing talk that MDPS are totally sucking on the Test server. I am worried for my WE, may have to switch to ranged just to be able to do anything

I'm not sure how the damage numbers actually are, but nearly every class that is having major overhauls the abilities listed are "increased damage".

This could be ugly or it could be awesome. I can't decide yet.
